Help with Magic Marker for Knit Companion

How do you ‘save’ the colors used on a chart with the Magic Marker feature of Knit Companion. There’s no save button unlike the feature used to join different charts. I’m sure it’s something obvious but I can’t seem to figure it out.

Cord with a snag
