I am really struggling with King Cole pattern 5178 for some reason. There are no projects posted for it either here so if anybody has knitted it please can you let me know? It is described as easy, and I have been knitting for some 60 years now, but for some reason I canā€™t get the shoulder and neckā€¦

And what the cleanest and sturdiest way to go about that would be? The pattern says: Sew front strap to the inside of back strap and sew ā€¦

Iā€™ve been knitting for years but consider myself a newbie when it comes to fixing mistakes. Exhibit A: I am working this in stockinette and came across a stitch that isnā€™t actually knit. What did I manage to do here, and does anyone have recommendations for fixing it? Is this a ladder? Did I not knā€¦

DROPS kids pattern sizing?

Hi all, I noticed the DROPS kids patterns have no finished chest sizing. Rather they use height dimension. How does one figure out the sizing on these patterns. Iā€™m doing 41-2 Merry Trees for my 2 yo and almost 3 yo grandbabies. Thanks for the help.

Provisional cast-on question in Montes pattern

Montes Calls for provisional cast-on of 60 stitches, then instructions are: So, do I join the yarn across all 60 stitches, then do this? Or am I doing an SR (German short row stitch) into the provisional cast on?

I have an embarrassing number of unfinished projects that I need to remove from my home in order to make room for new yarn and to free some of my good needles from being held hostage. I feel like I canā€™t simply toss the projects because itā€™s all high quality yarn, mostly purchased at Loop in Philadā€¦
